Meeting
Please let me confirm the details regarding the project, media, whether editing work is required, interview schedule, and the languages to be used (Japanese and English are acceptable).
Estimate creation
We will prepare a quotation based on your inquiry and the details of our meeting.
*Estimated fee: For an on-site interview (approximately 1 hour) and Japanese manuscript preparation (approximately 2,000 characters), the fee is 20,000 yen per case (tax included, travel expenses not included).
Contract and Purchase Order
We will issue contracts and purchase orders.
delivery of materials
We will deliver the product by the delivery date specified in the purchase order.
For interviews and event coverage, delivery is possible within two days from the scheduled date.
Correction
We will handle revision requests free of charge up to two times.
Additional charges will apply thereafter.
Sending the invoice
We will send you an invoice after the work is completed. Please make the payment within 7 days of receiving the contract.
